[Saba Sports News] In an effort to reduce
expenses and improve the club’s financial situation, the senior members of
Juventus Football Club have taken salary cuts, as reported by Italian media.
Juventus are working towards implementing sustainable development plans, and
reducing salaries is one of the measures being undertaken. It has been stated
that Juventus club chairman Ferrero and CEO Scanavino have both accepted salary
cuts. Ferrero’s salary has been reduced by 400,000 euros, while Scanavino’s
salary has been reduced by 800,000 euros. In addition to the salary cuts,
Scanavino’s bonus has also been reduced. These salary cuts by Ferrero and
Scanavino have contributed to lowering the club’s fixed expenses, and it is
possible that other management personnel within the club may also accept salary
cuts in the future.
