[Saba Sports News] Klutch Sports recently announced the addition of Portland Trail Blazers guard Malcolm Brogdon to their roster.
Brogdon, a 30-year-old player who holds the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year title and has also been named Rookie of the Year in the past, is currently under a contract worth $22.5 million for this season and the next. Prior to joining Klutch, he was represented by Austin Brown of CAA Sports.
Brogdon, who is posting averages of 19.3 points and 4.3 assists per game for the Portland Trail Blazers this season, has faced various challenges. He came close to being traded from the Boston Celtics to the LA Clippers during the previous summer, but the deal fell through due to health concerns.
Now in good health and having been traded to Portland as part of the Jrue Holiday deal last month, Brogdon’s future with the rebuilding Blazers remains uncertain. Klutch Sports is now on board to assist in managing his career.
