[Saba Sports News] In the recent World Cup qualifiers,
Brazilian star Neymar, who was playing for the Brazilian national team, had to
leave the game early due to an injury. Unfortunately, it was later announced
that Neymar would require a minimum of eight months of rest to recover from his
injury. As a result, he would also be unable to represent his new club, Riyadh
Crescent, in league matches. Under the FIFA Club Protection Plan, Riyadh
Crescent has the option to apply for compensation from FIFA amounting to 7.5
million euros. The compensation would include an initial payment of 1.5 million
euros, followed by monthly payments until the player is fully recovered.
