[Saba Sports News] According to British media sources,
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which was completed in 2019 at a cost of £1.2
billion, suffered significant damage during the international match day. Parts
of the stadium were severely affected, resulting in substantial losses for
Tottenham. Following the incident, one person has been arrested. Given
Tottenham’s strong connection with the Jewish community, there have been
speculations that the act of vandalism may have been motivated by anti-Semitic
sentiments. However, there is currently no evidence linking the incident to the
ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict. It is estimated that Tottenham will incur
losses of at least hundreds of thousands of pounds as a result of this
incident.
